Contact the people operating Republic

Use the private legal request form for privacy rights, account recovery, copyright, illegal-content notices, or another legal concern. The form reaches authorized operators; a fictional government, community leader, or character does not receive authority to handle legal demands by participating in a story. You can open the form without accepting updated Terms. Account holders can review their own requests and replies. If you cannot sign in, provide a reliable contact email so the operators can follow up.

Make a request useful

Explain the concern, the action you are requesting, and any relevant Republic URLs. For an illegal-content notice, identify the material precisely and explain why you believe it is unlawful in the relevant jurisdiction. Copyright notices and counter-notices require their specific statements and contact details. For privacy or recovery requests, provide enough information to identify the affected account without sending another person's sensitive records. Do not put passwords, Discord tokens, payment information, or identity-document scans in this form.

How requests are handled

Requests are stored for review by authorized personnel. We may need to verify identity or authority before disclosing information or changing an account, and may ask for clarification. Responses should describe the action taken or a relevant reason why a request cannot be fulfilled, subject to applicable law and safety restrictions. Applicable statutory deadlines and appeal or complaint rights remain available. On-platform replies are the primary record; Discord may provide a brief alert where permitted. An anonymous request's contact details are used to handle that request rather than create a public profile.

Required operator disclosures

Some laws require a real operator's identity, service address, designated agent, regulator contact, or local representative. The operator must provide those disclosures where applicable; roleplay status does not waive them. This page does not invent a legal entity, address, or agent registration. The legal request channel provides access to the operators but is not a replacement for every disclosure a law may require.

Urgent danger

Republic is not an emergency service. Contact the appropriate emergency authority if someone is in immediate real-world danger. Report harmful Republic material through its report menu or this form without redistributing private or illegal material.
