🚨 In its first week, the Wadger Administration has bulldozed past federal employment laws targeted against foreign influence, namely FNERA (S.0807) and its amendments (S.1911):
⇒ Jimmy_Jimmies left his position as President of France on October 10th, which does not meet the minimum 4-week requirement under FNERA.
⇒ The President has not provided a written waiver for Jimmy_Jimmies' nomination. The President has not cited any expertise critical to national security, and the Department of Homeland Security has not received any waiver under FNERA.
🚫 SAY NO to S.2102 ("Communications Act of 2026"). Why? ⇒ The bill unnecessarily inflates the government apparatus through the creation of the Federal Communications Commission, an entity which can have its role fulfilled by the SBA. ⇒ The bill stifles development within the private sector (in particular, media) by mandating excessive licensing requirements beyond the already-existing business licensing framework. ⇒ The bill attempts to criminalize anyone who "interrupts" a broadcast, risking arbitrary enforcement against legitimate speech.
