The United Nations fully intends to defend itself against the Kingdom of Spain's legal challenges in its inquiry. Unfortunately, Spain has decided to limit our access to due process by submitting the case as an inquiry instead of a contentious case, meaning that we are unable to intervene. We fully intend to make use of all legal mechanisms to support our case in lieu of a right of intervention. My letter to the International Court of Justice:
