On November 1st, the West Indies Federation is expected to submit written observations to the International Court of Justice regarding the advisory opinion on the legality of the West Indies Federation Territorial Resolution.
The resolution would grant the West Indies Federation multiple territories that partly constitute the (irl) former West Indies Federation. The UNGA referred it to the Court to assess its legality under the UN Charter.
